Si Bon Sucré
In 2017, Si Bon Sucré was launched to bring the love of baking artisanal cakes and desserts to personalized creations made for special occasions and celebrations.
Our dedicated pastry chef, Miljenka Sablich, creates many varieties of favorite cakes and desserts, classic and exotic, which have developed with exquisite influences from around the world and lovingly refined over time.

Peruvians love their <<dulces>>. Growing up in Peru, I was introduced to the South American way of baking…very fresh and natural ingredients with cakes and pastries made from scratch…following recipes passed down for generations.
When I arrived in Canada many years ago, I proudly brought my own traditions and flavours that I have cherished since my childhood.

I incorporate the treasured flavors I grew up with into my cooking and take pride in the quality of the ingredients I use. I choose the best ingredients and select organic or as natural food components as possible, as well as the best quality available.
Creating a classic, exotic or personalized cake or dessert to help you celebrate and express your love or appreciation with a big or small event is very special to me. Each cake, dessert, cookie, truffle and cupcake is prepared with particular attention and pleasure.
And, there is always room for dessert.
